Our Story

Our Journey

Founded in 2019 in Milan, MI by Marco and Maria, Peppers Mexican Grill began as a heartfelt dream to bring the authentic tastes of Mexico to the local community. Over the years, our passion for quality food and warm service led to our expansion to Tecumseh and Blissfield, MI.

As a family-owned business, our values run deep. Our entire family is involved—often you’ll even see one of our kids working alongside us. This personal touch, combined with our commitment to fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, makes every dish a celebration of tradition and innovation.

We believe in fostering community, supporting local events, and giving back whenever possible. Our story is not just about food—it’s about family, community, and a shared love for authentic Mexican cuisine.

Dishes are slightly expensive, but what you’d expect for high quality. I think I’m going to make a habit of going here monthly!"

I asked the host what he felt was good to try since this was my first time here and he suggested the street tacos which did not disappoint. They were so good!!! I ordered the Quesa Birrias taco platter. Oh my goodness, these were so out of this world delicious!! Three come on the lovely wooden plank dish and they are packed with juicy shredded beef. They truly were the most delicious I've had. The dipping juice they came with was so delicious and bursting with flavor. The guacamole was delicious too, it comes with a little dish of that. So glad I came in here. Very lovely cozy place too. I look forward to coming back here! I give them 10 stars"
